Thomas Fite: Senior Certified Aircraft Appraiser
Thomas Fite is a Senior Certified Aircraft Appraiser and associate of the Professional Aircraft Appraisal Organization (PAAO). He maintains current USPAP certification through the American Society of Appraisers (ASA).
Thomas also holds an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with extensive experience piloting Boeing, Embraer, and Gulfstream aircraft. As a professional corporate pilot with experience operating large turbine aircraft, Thomas has developed an in-depth understanding of aircraft systems, maintenance programs, operational considerations, and market influences affecting aircraft value.
All aircraft appraisals are formed and developed through Thomas’ supervision, and utilize proprietary software, analytical methodology, and vast research to include a physical inspection of the subject aircraft and logbooks. This ensures each appraisal, market analysis, or advisory service is provided with consistency and quality.
